Cancelling a booking
You can cancel a booking any time until it is collected or out for delivery. You pay the shop directly at pickup or delivery; TodayZ does not take payments.
Credits
Credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Each batch of credits has its own expiry date, and the oldest credits are used first. An order can use credits only up to a limit and only above a minimum order value, and credits never pay the delivery fee. Unused credits end when you delete your account.
